This form needs to be signed prior to playing any games at Soccer World. This is required for youth & adults.

  • 20 players is the maximum allowed on each team roster.

    A minimum of 10 players is required on every team roster.. 

    Subs may be added ONLY once team fee is paid in full. 

    IF NOT paid subs pay $25.00 fee applied towards teams total fee. Will also have to pay the $15.00 annual membership fee. (charged only once)

  • You can play in more than one League. You can NOT play in two divisions if we have A and B division Leagues.

    Players can not play on two teams in the same league.

    Players may switch to a new team only after the league's first scheduled game. (Fee paid will not be moved.

     

    Once a player joins the team after 1st scheduled league game must remain on the team until the end of season.

  • Ages 10 and under - Goalies can drop kick balls.

    Ages 11 and above - Goalies can only throw the ball into play.

    Adults- Keeper must always throw the ball into play or with the ball at feet.

    Goalkeepers have 5 seconds to release the ball into play after they retain possession.  

  • Adult Leagues- Five players plus keeper (23 min halves)

    Adult Coed Leagues- Six Players plus keeper (23 min halves)

    Youth Leagues

    Ages 4-5  – Six players plus keeper (15 min Half) 

    Ages 6-14 - Six players plus keeper (18 min Half)

  • A straight red card may result in a two game suspension from the league and monetary fine.


     

    Players in multiple leagues will be suspended from the league where the red card received. (Depending on the severity of the situation, lengthier suspension/fine. Team captain is responsible for contacting the red card player.)

  • Fighting is not allowed & WILL NOT be tolerated. All parties involved will face suspensions from facility, Fines and depending on severity will be banned from participating in leagues.

  • Being Competitive on the field is applauded & encouraged in all our leagues! It is also important to understand there is a fine line between being competitive & being unsportsmanlike. Everyone should treat one another with RESPECT on the field during and after the game.

  • All players must have an Annual Membership fee paid and/or renewed every fiscal year. ($15.00)

     If you don't have an Annual Membership fee paid you will NOT be allowed to play.

    (all subs must also pay fee)

  • Rosters are not frozen, teams may add subs as needed but will only be allowed if Team Fee is paid in full. NO SUB players are allowed to play until team fee is paid in full. 

    SUB Players must be added to the roster and play 2 games to play in semis/finals.

  • All active players must have signed waivers submitted.

    All coaches, assistant coaches, and parents must sign waivers.

  • League fees are due in full before the 4th scheduled league game. (A late payment fine will be applied if not paid).

    Youth Leagues Team fee due prior to season start date.

  • Adult Leagues are $740.00 per team.

     

    Youth Leagues $75.00 per player Must have a minimum 10 players registered and paid for before the 1st scheduled game.

  • Your team will be assessed a $25.00 fine if the team fee is not paid in full before the 4th scheduled game.

     If your fees are not paid in full, the team may be dropped from the league.

  • If a team forfeits a game with less than 3 days notice, a forfeit fine of $35.00 imposed.

    (All Players on opposite team roster will receive 1 game played for all players and automatic win for opposing team of 5-0)

    Teams must have min 4 total players to start a game.

     

    COED Leagues 4 total players at least 1 player has to be a woman.
     

    If players are not on field by minute 18 teams will lose by default. (automatic win 5-0)

  • Teams are required to have matching colored shirts only.

    Players will not be allowed to play without matching colors.

  • Indoor soccer or turf shoes (no cleats allowed), and shin guards are mandatory. 

    Socks must be of length to cover the entire shin guard.

  • No, Soccer World provides all balls. 

    No outside balls will be allowed.

    Excluding "rentals" you must bring your own balls.

  • Team coaches will be contacted via email only regarding any schedule changes. 
     

    A valid e-mail address must be provided as contact for each team.

     It is the team’s responsibility to monitor when their game times are.

  • Semi final (when applicable) and final matchups are set after reviewing the session’s cumulative standings. 

    Play off games will be scheduled during the prime time slots. If your team cannot make your final or semi-final, then the next placed team will be moved up in your spot.
     

    We do not move or reschedule games. 

    Unless it is an internal conflict and must change the game.

  • Point totals are awarded as follows: 

    3 points for each win 

    1 point for each tie

    0 points for each loss. 
     

    The criteria used to calculate the standings are as follows (and in this order): Point Total, Goal Differential.
     

    Standings are posted on our website. Occasionally, the total number of completed games may vary among teams-we have a system to evaluate teams in this situation that allows us to fairly arrive at the correct standings and playoff matchups.

  • Call 916-714-1400 or email info@egsoccerworld.com to report any errors. Teams are responsible for reporting any scorekeeping errors/concerns within one week of the game in question.

  • 2 Coaches per team and only players with signed waivers are allowed in the bench area.

    All coaches must be 18 years or older. 
     

    Non roster players or coaches are not permitted due to insurance requirements. Each youth team must have 1 coach on the team bench at all times during game play.

  • Due to liability concerns, no persons will be allowed on the field or in the player's box area. Remember- no standing on the benches at any time. No animals are allowed in the facility at any time. Spectators may not bring disrespect to the game- a team is responsible for its fans. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Suspensions will be assessed to players receiving a second warning regarding their unsupervised children. Soccer World is a facility where sportsmanship, following rules, player development, and enjoyment of the game is a prime directive. If fans and/or players cannot abide by these simple directives, they may be asked to leave the facility. No outside food or beverages allowed in the facility. No alcohol allowed anywhere on the property, including the parking lot.

  • You must confirm by the third to last week of play whether or not your team will continue in the following session.

  • Incident reports on referees, facility, and other teams can be mailed or submitted via e-mail 48 hours after the incident has occurred.

    To report issues pertaining to refereeing, complete and submit an Incident Report Form to the administration desk.

  • Soccer World is available for training, birthday parties, end of season events, etc.

  • Main Field Rental fees are $170.00/hr

     

    Training Field Rental Fees are $110.00/hr

     

    Special Events fee may vary depending on type of event.

     

    A $50 dollar deposit must be made to book rental. If you need to cancel the rental please do so 48 hours before the rental date. If not, the deposit will be forfeited.

  • Soccer World provides you with a playing field, bathrooms, lights, tables, chairs, refrigeration, garbage cans, concessions, and of course a fun and safe environment.

  • Referees / Field supervision is not included, but may be arranged in advance for an additional charge. 
     

    You must provide your own party supplies (plates, napkins, etc.). These items can be provided by Soccer World with additional cost.
     

    Any food brought into the facility will be an additional $50.00 cost.

  • All persons participating in soccer games must wear protective shin guards and either tennis or indoor soccer shoes.
